Hi, my name is Anna Bella. Welcome to my blog about losing weight. I will be following the HCG Protocol starting tomorrow. The HCG Protocol involves daily HCG injections plus a very low calorie diet (500 calories). The diet is very restrictive as far as what foods can be eaten so it definitely isn't for everyone. I know several people who have done the protocol with amazing results. To learn more about it, GOOGLE HCG. There are even You Tube video diaries but I'm not that techo savy. This is my first attempt at blogging so I'm shocked I'm actually posting.
This is the only diet I think I have not tried in my 50 + years only to gain the weight back and more but I'm in a good place in my life with a lot of encouragers.
I mixed the HCG today so it is ready for my first injection tomorrow morning. I chose Independence Day to start because for the first three days you eat whatever you want. They are called loading days. In theory you are suppose to lose 1/2 to 1 lb a day. I will be on the Protocol for 40 days as far as shots & diet go, then 3 days on diet without shots, then 21 days of adding foods back to my diet except for sugar and starched. Really, if anyone is reading this don't take my word for it. Since it is the first time I'm doing this, I've got a lot to learn.
This blog is mainly to keep a journal of this journey. Hopefully, some folks will read it and leave me comments. If you have done HCG, please let me know about your experience.
