I forgot to post yesterday but I did remember the injection. So far so good. I'm a little hungry today but it is manageable. I had a wicked headache yesterday and most of today but it is gone now. I figure it was lack of my favorite drug (sugar).
Weight yesterday was 205.4 down 2.4 lbs. from the day before.
Today weight is 202.4 down 3 lbs. from yesterday. My starting weight before loading was 206.8 so I'm down 4.4 lbs. from the first injection, I'm down 9 lbs. from day 3 of loading. I'm not sure which weight I'm suppose to go by. I'm going with my weight from the first injection. That is still up 7 lbs from my lowest weight so basically I'm still losing weight I've already lost before.
I hate that I gained but nothing I can do about that now.
Surprisingly the injections don't hurt at all if I poke the needle straight in. I viewed videos of injections being done at an angle but that hurts. I'm keep with a straight poke.
My plans for the weekend are to do nothing. I'm very, very tired. I feel like I could sleep all weekend. I'm wondering if that is normal. Well, I'm rambling so I'll go for now.
