HCG R1 D11 VLCD D8

Weight was down 1.4 lb this morning to 200.2. Tomorrow I'll be one ninety something. How exciting. I hoped to be there sooner but I'll take it when it comes along.

Work is so busy that I didn't even think about lunch today. Around 2 p.m. I needed help formatting (fixing and making it pretty) a document. The clerk that came to my assistance/rescue mentioned that I didn't go to lunch. I thought it was just stress that had my head hurting and hands shaking. While she did her wizard work on my document, I ate an apple. I took lunch at 3 p.m. (I get off at 4 p.m.), skipped Curves, came straight home, laid down and took a nap. Now I'm waiting for hunger to hit before I eat. I read that if you aren't physically hungry then your body is burning abnormal fat. Do you think that is true? I also read that you don't have to eat everything you are allowed if you don't want it. When I first read that, I couldn't imagine not wanting the little bit I am allowed. Right now I couldn't care less about food, this is a wonderful thing. No hunger; no cravings; nothing telling me I gotta eat.

Anyway, I saw the comment about skipping exercise. Thanks, I appreciate your two cents. I do believe I will take your advice. I hate to exercise anyway but it is great stress relief. However, the nap this afternoon worked wonders. Yep, an after work nap may be better than exercise for a while. Well that's it for today's report.
