Weight is up to 210.4, almost 4 lbs over night. Not telling what it will be tomorrow morning. No problem with the injection this morning.
Today I've eaten:
Breakfast: 2 ice cream sandwiches with a cup of chai tea & FF milk
Lunch: Veggie & Cheese Omelet
Dinner: Walmart boneless honey bbq wing plate with Amish potato salad and mac cheese
snack: Peppercorn Ranch Sun chips
Consumed a least 64 oz of water
This is not more food than I usually eat but I'm just sick of eating. I'm glad there is only one more day of this.
Well it is back to work tomorrow. It has been a great long weekend. I'm sad for it to end.
