I forgot to post yesterday but I was up .4 but today I'm down 1 lb. Weight today is 196.8 total lost to date is 10 lbs.
I have eaten terribly today and I have the tummy ache to prove it. I don't know what exactly happened, well, yes I do know. I'm dealing with some medical issues. I went to see yet another specialist today and I was so dreading the trip and hate every second of the visit. Sad thing is the food did not taste as good as I thought it would and now I'm sick. Oh well, what is done is done.
I leave for my business conference Thursday. I'm taking my computer but I don't know whether or not I'll have the energy to post. Gotta go the potty is calling my name "Anna Belle come sit on me." Sorry, to graphic? Hope all of you are doing better than me.
