Thanks for the comments and encouragement. Today has been much, much better. I have a confession to make. Yesterday may have gone better had I given myself an injection. This morning when I reached for the alcohol pad I saw it. The injection I should have done yesterday!!! I can't believe I forgot it. More than that I can't believe I forgot that I forgot. Oh well, I disposed of it because I didn't know if it would be any good having set out all day and all night.
Weight this morning was 207.8 so that is down 3.4 lbs from yesterday so I very happy about that. I'm not yet where I started on July 4th but maybe I'll be below it tomorrow.
Work is very busy, I spent 1/2 of today in one meeting that accomplished nothing. At least, I wasn't thinking about hunger or food. I was thinking about all the projects on my desk waiting to be completed.
I'm so excited about finding other HCG bloggers.
