Weight down 1 lb this morning, weight 198.6
I'm not sure what happened today. I became very ill right after lunch today. I know this is gross but I need to know if you may have experienced anything similar. I thought I was going to throw up but it was the other end that got me. Not that I didn't need to go, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I was so weak and shaky when I got back to my office, I actually thought I might faint. One of my staff, gave me a pack of those peanut butter cracker things. She had eaten 1 but I ate the rest. After about an hour I was fine. I'm afraid the refrig. at work may not be keeping food cool enough. I really don't know. My food tasted o.k.
I'll just see what tomorrow's weigh in brings.
